I live with this property up to the back of my house. I have been complaining about dilapidated state of this property. The poison ivy has gotten to my husband on three seperate occasions. While trying to keep the vines from climbing our fence. Im looking forward to seeing the weed trees be removed so we can see the pretty trees and greenery back there. Not to mention the high water table.. It would be nice to get into my backyard before June. Up to now the ground level being higher than us..it floods our yards sometimes clear into the middle of the month of June. I look forward to seeing as the renovations begin. The CITY has been making promises for about 3 yrs now. We are yet to see anything happen.
