The ceremony will take place at the Taylor Business Center’s location at 25637 Ecorse Road in Taylor, Michigan. The Taylor Business Center, which contains 31,000 square feet of office area, was purchased by ProVisions, LLC in 2009 after the facility’s long vacancy. It will soon undergo substantial renovation and expansion, including the addition of a small residential park. Located in a Michigan Renaissance Zone and on a Brownfield, the facility was once a service center under the ownership of Detroit Edison.
