To whom it concerns,
I live in the Chatterton Village condo’s and I am concerned about the over usage of sprinklers running at twelve Am every night for an hour and flooding what’s left of the grass in certain areas. Maybe it’s time to reset the timers. Ower grass is soaked with water even during the day and at night like a swamp. Please address this soon. Thank you Frank.
