MSU Extension offers free “Home Ownership” series
January 16, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — MSU Extension is offering the 3-part workshop Home Ownership on three Tuesday evenings in January and February 2012.
Home Ownership will focus on consumer protection during the home buying process. Learn to:
Effectively select and finance a home,
Hire the right real estate agent, lawyer, home inspector and lender, and
Understand the closing process.
Invest in your homeownership success. Research has shown that people who attend pre-purchase housing counseling or education are more likely to make on-time payments on their mortgage and are less likely to default on their loans.
Attend this series on January 24, 31 & February 7, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Warren City Hall, Conference Room, 1 City Square, Warren.
