Make Macomb Your Home offers promotional partnerships
June 29, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The Macomb County Executive Office’s Make Macomb Your Home initiative has generated a large amount of positive buzz and momentum. The initiative, which includes billboards located on local and state roadways, has been seen by more than 5.6 million motorists in the past 30 days.
The recent launch of the Make Macomb Your Home website and billboards has been entirely sustained without taxpayer resources and is proudly funded by both the Macomb County and Sterling Heights Regional chambers of commerce as well as local business organizations.
The Executive Office is seeking additional partners to demonstrate their support to Macomb with an opportunity that will also help them promote their business. All local businesses interested in joining the Make Macomb Your Home initiative are encouraged to contact their local chambers:
Macomb County Chamber of Commerce (586) 493-7600
Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce (586) 731-5400, ext. 22
“This initiative has finally given us a chance to tell the Macomb story. The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive. I am thankful to both the chambers and their members who have made this a reality,” said Executive Mark Hackel. “We expect the momentum will continue to grow as more people choose to make Macomb their home. “
Additionally, Executive Hackel will be promoting the initiative live at Bath City Bistro from 6 a.m. to noon on June 29 to kick off the Stars & Stripes Festival in downtown Mount Clemens. He will be featured on WXYZ-TV Detroit as well as WJR for a six-hour radio broadcast. Both events are open to the public.
