WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 27, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — There are new programs offered by the Wayne County Treasurer with a DEADLINE of May 12, that can lower interest rates and taxes for those facing foreclosure. Learn about your rights!!

Please bring a Copy of your deed or land contract or probate order and a Copy of your State ID or Driver’s License. (Names on the documents and ID should be the same.)
