Registration for interested bidders will begin at 9:00 a.m., each day, with auctions scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.

300 parcels, located in Dickinson, Iosco, Iron, Kalkaska, Keweenaw, Luce, and Mecosta Counties, will go to auction on Wednesday, August 12th, at the Ramada Inn Grayling, located at 2650 Business Loop South I-75, in Grayling.

Recent statutory changes have resulted in significant revisions to the auction Rules and Regulations. Individuals should be certain to thoroughly review all of the auction information posted at www.michigan.gov/propertyforeclosures, prior to participating in any state foreclosure auctions.
