WASHINGTON, D.C. – (RealEstateRama) — Ninety-two (92) properties, located in Branch, Clinton, Livingston, and Shiawassee Counties, will go to auction on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at the Ramada Lansing Hotel & Conference Center, located at 7501 W. Saginaw Highway, in Lansing. Registration for interested bidders will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the auction scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.

Properties being auctioned have been foreclosed due to delinquent property taxes. Parcels may be vacant residential or commercial lots, or may have occupied or abandoned structures on them. Potential bidders assume the responsibility to thoroughly research property with the municipality in which the property is located.

Recent changes to the law have resulted in significant revisions to the auction Rules and Regulations. Be sure to thoroughly review all of the auction information on our web page at www.michigan.gov/propertyforeclosures, prior to participating in any state foreclosure auctions.
