Foreclosure Prevention seminars available for homeowners

October 8, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The Macomb County Michigan State University Extension (MSUE) will be holding two informational Foreclosure Prevention seminars during the month of October which will be free to all homeowners.

The seminars are being presented by Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MHSDA)-certified housing counselors. Homeowners will also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a housing counselor after completion of the seminar. Macomb MSUE is a Department of Housing and Urban Development-certified agency.

These seminars will be held Friday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. and Monday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. in the Verkuilen Building located at 21885 Dunham Road, Clinton Township. There is no charge to attend, but pre-registration is required. To register, please call (586) 307-8289 or (586) 469-6430.
