Gov. Rick Snyder makes appointment to Manufactured Housing Commission

LANSING, Mich. – June 15, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Bryan Davis, of Redford, to the Manufactured Housing Commission.

The commission establishes uniform policies related to all phases of manufactured housing, business manufactured housing parks and seasonal manufactured housing parks.

“Bryan’s experience in the industry makes him an asset to this commission and I appreciate his willingness to serve,” Snyder said.

Davis is a business agent for the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters. He served as a journeyman for Midwest Installations, Inc. and earned a journeyman certificate from Detroit Carpenters Apprenticeship. He represents organized labor and replaces Thomas Lutz.

Davis serves a three-year term expiring May 9, 2018. His appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
