“The activity center is an important resource for families in Beaverton,” said Stabenow. “Today’s announcement is one example of the role that rural development plays in helping rural communities maintain the quality of life across Michigan.”

Senator Stabenow is Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, which oversees the USDA and its Rural Development program.
