Lee & Associates Hires Matthew Schoch as Sales Associate
Torrance, CA – May 31, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, has hired Matthew Schoch as a sales associate at its Michigan office. In his new role, Schoch will bring his expertise in tenant mix strategies and marketing to Lee & Associates Michigan.

Schoch spent four years in the Air Force serving as a Weapons Director Technician Instructor before getting his start at First Commercial Realty & Development Co. He has since developed his skills in research and strategic planning to assist in the creation and negotiation of deals.
Additionally, Schoch is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR).
