Gov. Rick Snyder makes appointment to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
LANSING, Mich. – (RealEstateRama) — Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Allan Daniels of Bloomfield Hills to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
Housed within the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, the nine-member board oversees the licensure and practice of real estate brokers and salespersons in Michigan.
“Allan brings years of experience to the position and I am confident he will do great things for this board,” Snyder said.
Daniels is the president of Dr. Daniels and Son, Investment Real Estate Capital. He is a licensed real estate broker and mortgage loan originator. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. Daniels holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Michigan. He will represent professionals and replace Shawn Huston.
Daniels will serve a four-year term expiring June 30, 2020. His appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
