Television Production Company Casting for New Home Series on Popular National TV Network

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Calling all real estate agents and their clients! A well-established television production company is now casting for dynamic, out-going and engaging real estate agents and their clients looking to move from urban to rural environments. The concept of the project is to introduce audiences to a homebuyer, looking to leave the concrete jungle and head to a more sprawling, adventurous and peaceful landscape.

The goal of this project is to witness the emotional and physical transformation of those once glued to city life, escape to the big wide open spaces of rural America to find both a new home and a new way of life.

Information & Criteria:

* Agents must have an out-of-state client (couple or family) that currently reside in an urban environment such as New York City, Baltimore., Detroit, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, etc. that are looking to purchase a home and property in the $300,000 – $800,000 range in a rural environment–perhaps in states such as, but not limited to, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Idaho.

* Buyers/Clients should be motivated to move because of all that these beautiful states have to offer: fishing, snow sports, hiking and horseback riding, hunting, motorsports such as four-wheeling and snowmobiling, and the quest of more ‘space’ for the family. Buyers/Clients should be looking to move from urban/city environments because of stress of job, over population, interest and need of outdoor activities and adventures, less crime, and a better environment for raising kids–gardens, pets, schools with improved teacher to student ratios, etc.
* Example of a situation would be a New York stock broker who works 60+ hours a week and spends little quality time with the family and the stress is beginning to take it’s toll on his health and his marriage. The broker will now be working remotely and the family is in search of a bigger home with access to outdoor recreation for the kids.
* Example of a situation would be a newlywed couple that both have ubber-stressful jobs in Los Angeles and their long commutes are cutting into their time together. With a passion for outdoor sports, they are also wanting to start a family so a new home nestled in the Rocky Mountains will be the perfect place to start their lives together.

* Both agent and client must be willing to appear on camera as we follow their journey of selecting a new home and property.

* Production would last anywhere between 2 – 4 days as the realtor shows their client three country properties from which they can choose.
