Thomas A. Boutrous II Joins Lee & Associates Michigan as Principal

Torrance, CA – June 19, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms, has hired Thomas A. Boutrous II as the newest principal in its Michigan office.

“Thomas brings an excellent reputation and work ethic,” said Jon Savoy, president of Lee & Associates Michigan. “His experience will be instrumental in raising the profile of our commercial brokerage and retail services while bolstering our Midwest presence in 2012.”

Starting his commercial real estate career in 1994, Boutrous has focused on retail properties primarily in the Oakland and Macomb counties. He has vast expertise in both landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition of land and investment properties.

Prior to joining Lee, Boutrous served as an associate broker involved in the expansion and operation of the Retail Properties Division at L. Mason Capitani, Inc. Before that, he served as vice president of Retail Services for both Trammell Crow and CB Richard Ellis Companies.

Boutrous obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University and holds an associate broker’s license for the State of Michigan. Additionally, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR).
